Shipping is $4.50 in the US and $7.50 everywhere else.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME: We process and ship your items within 3-4 days of receiving your order and Post Office delivery time is typically 3-4 days delivery.

We do not update the order status on website as we ship USPS and they do not offer tracking but we very rarely have any problems with delivery.
